BIC is going to conduct “๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐” in collaboration with Foster Learning. The following will be the training modules.
๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐: Self-awareness and personal development.
๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ: Building teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: Mastering resume writing, cover letter preparation, interview techniques, and video resumes.
๐๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ: Exploring ideation, design thinking, business modelling, marketing strategies, and pitch delivery.
Each module concludes with a hands-on, practical social project conducted in collaboration with industry and placement partners. These projects offer participants the chance to apply their learning in real-world settings, with opportunities for internships provided to candidates who successfully complete the program.
